VCare welcomes Howick Baptist Healthcare Limited (http://www.hbh.org.nz/) as new clients of the VCare system for their facility.

The VCare solution was chosen by Howick Baptist Healthcare due to its comprehensive billing and occupancy management functionality and its ability to meet the needs not just of the residential care arm of the organisation but also their independent living apartments entity – 139 On Union Limited.

One major aspect of Howick Baptist Healthcare Limited’s requirements was the ability to seamlessly track and invoice across multiple contracts for the organisation’s significant residential Day Care function. To meet this requirement the VCare system was chosen based on its comprehensive and full billing functionality.

Following the successful implementation of VCare’s billing functionality, Howick are now looking forward to implementing Care and Events functionality to further enhance and streamline their day to day management of their residents’ care.“We’re very happy with the capabilities and implementation of VCare, and convinced that it will help us simplify the complexity of multiple funding and billing for our services, and will generally make our month end processes more efficient” said Sachin Adkar, Accountant for Howick.

As early adopters of VCare’s Day Care and full Residential Billing functionality Howick were also impressed by the ability of the VCare team to amend and configure the software to meet the needs of their various services. “The answers to our technical questions are only as far away as a phone call or email and the response has always been available” noted Sachin.

Howick Baptist Healthcare Limited provides rest home, hospital, respite and day care services along with a small village facility of retirement apartments through their 139 On Union Limited trading entity.
